SEAA celebrates fourth SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards
Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards 2K23 which was held on 18 Aug at Marina Bay Sands Convention Business Centre to give recognition to more than 670 local property professional was conducted for four years consecutively. this event was initiated by SEAA to commemorate outstanding performing real estate salesperson. Awards ceremonies were held in the afternoon and evening individually due to the scale of the event which require more manpower. An afternoon session recognized qualified recipients of the Salespersons Achievement Award (Silver) and the Salespersons Achievement Award (Gold). consumers can depend on outstanding property agents like yourselves for most current real estate market trend and data that can navigate them through the complex paper work involving home search and financial calculations” says Minister Faishal. He mentioned that both home-owners and keen purchasers rely on professional housing agent to act in their best interests and give them wise financial advice to make sound and yet prudent decision. Presenting awards to outstanding real estate agents and recognize them for their hard work, virtues and sales achievements are important as It develops consumer trust through ethical conduct, nurturing lasting relationships and recurring business in the industry. Shaping a positive image of property agencies and real estate salespersons in Singapore will go propel the overall service standards and strengthen consumer trust. this year’s recipients exuded a combination of resilience, professionalism, and sustainability, says Edmund Toh, CEO of SEAA. “Their relentless daily hustle and grind in this evolutionary market, and estalishing good client-agent relationships determines their success. A hardworking attitude and virtue, transparent negotiations, are characteristic of a successful real estate professional. As the real estate salespersons largest industry representative body in Singapore, SEAA is able to be the voice of the agents and represent the interests of this group.“SEAA’s seriousness to all real estate agents is obvious in its advocacy for equitable industry practices. Notably, its dispute resolution channel partner [Singapore Mediation Centre] fills a crucial gap by addressing commission-related conflicts that fall outside the Council for Estate Agencies’ scope,” says Wang. SEAA other initiatives also collectively amplify the voices of agents, elevate industry standards and solidify its important social standing within the real estate community, he adds. “Help can be rendered to Agents who are SEAA member sas we are working on ways to resolve co-broking conflicts amongst salespersons. Active participation in SEAA’s networking events offers agents a platform to voice concerns, share insights, and network with peers,” says Toh.
